We are licensed and insured to walk no more than 6 dogs at once. We believe this is a safe sized pack allowing them to interact and make friends.

We will only let your dog off lead once we assess it is safe to do so and with your consent.

We will invoice weekly and accept bank transfer or cash. Payment to be made 24 hours prior to service.

Yes, bank holidays are charged at double rate.

We are happy to use a key if you provide us with one alternatively we require you to ensure someone is home to receive the dog. If someone is not home then this will be reflected in our charges.

Yes, we accept 24hrs notice period or the full price will be charged. If you are not happy to provide us with a key and no one is home at the time of collection or drop off then this will be reflected on our charge.

We are happy to administer your dog with medication with your full instruction and consent.

We will contact you straight away and if necessary take your dog to the vets. In our walking contract form we ensure we have all the relevant information and details.

On rainy days the walk goes ahead as normal and we ask that you leave a towel out in order for us to dry your dog. The towel will allow us to dry your dog to a standard where muddy paw prints will not be left around your house. On hot days walks will be shortened or kept to shady woodland areas.
